Welcome to pkrbet. pkrbet is an English-language online betting information and wagering platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules and regulations governing your access to and use of the pkrbet website located at https://pkrbet.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform — whether by registering an account, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing content — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules, bonus terms or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

pkrbet reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "pkrbet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the pkrbet platform at https://pkrbet.cam.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Platform" means the pkrbet website, mobile site, applications and all associated services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or as otherwise determined by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted, including but not limited to jurisdictions with express statutory prohibitions on online gambling.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency used on the Platform for Pakistani users.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pkrbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages or technical failures.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register applicable to the operator's licence jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer or close family member of pkrbet or any affiliated entity, unless explicitly authorised in writing.

By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. pkrbet reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm eligibility.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pkrbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkrbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, manipulate or exploit any feature of the Platform, including but not limited to bonus systems, odds calculations or security measures.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• You must not transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content through any communication channel on the Platform.
• You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades or impairs the performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from any part of the Platform.

pkrbet reserves the right to monitor Platform activity, investigate suspected breaches of these Terms, and take appropriate action including account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any applicable product-specific rules published on the relevant betting market page. In the event of any conflict, product-specific rules shall take precedence over these general Terms for that specific market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkrbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except as expressly provided for under specific event or market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed at the time of placement. pkrbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including technical errors, human error or data feed failures — pkrbet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance in PKR upon settlement of the relevant event or market.
• Cricket markets including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series and domestic matches are subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body. Bets may be voided if an event is abandoned, cancelled or results are not declared within the applicable settlement period.
• pkrbet reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by users identified as professional or advantage players.

pkrbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms and conditions specified for each individual Promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps will be clearly stated in the relevant Promotion terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable Promotion terms before claiming any offer.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting or use of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
• pkrbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already claimed in good faith will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household and per device unless the Promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Amounts displayed in Promotion materials are indicative and denominated in PKR for Pakistani users. Actual values are subject to the Platform's current exchange rate where applicable.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. pkrbet references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as points of familiarity for Pakistani users. These references are informational only. pkrbet does not represent, warrant or imply that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on the Platform.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance once confirmed by the applicable payment processor. pkrbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment intermediaries.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pkrbet reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the identity of the account holder and the source of funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by the pkrbet verification team. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Processing times for withdrawal requests vary depending on the selected payment method. pkrbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform's payment information page, but does not guarantee specific processing times.
• pkrbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or irregular betting patterns.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account's cashier section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or the name of another person.
• Using the Platform while located in or resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other users to obtain unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Impersonating any other person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals or any other financial mechanism to defraud the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of pkrbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of pkrbet.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pkrbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, system outages or technical failures;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Errors or omissions in Platform content, including odds or market data;
• Any Force Majeure event beyond pkrbet's reasonable control.

pkrbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkrbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkrbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Extended period of Account inactivity as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the pkrbet support team. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. Any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrbet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users: pkrbet does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not claim to operate under the authority of any Pakistani regulatory body, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users bear sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.

pkrbet may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
